Honestly, I can’t begin to tell you when I started planning and decorating. When I was in high school, my mom catered weddings when they were no more than cake and punch, except for her weddings, she always provided so much more. Her style and vision were way before her time.

At least 15 years  ago or more, I began doing all of the decorating at my church, first holidays, then special events, and then productions.  Eventually, people began to ask if I could help with their family weddings, and so it began.

In two years time, I planned seven weddings for friends and families. During several of those events, multiple people kept asking, “why don’t you do this for a living?” I finally had to ask myself, “why don’t I do this for a living?” So, in July of 2011, Your Glass Slipper was born!

I absolutely love every single thing about helping brides plan their special day. From the shimmer in their eyes to the love in their hearts, nothing makes me happier than being able to help make their dreams come true.

Trying to plan beautiful events on a budget can be a challenge for every bride, but I’ve been there and done it successfully and I’m so happy that I have the opportunity to share my knowledge with brides everywhere.

No matter the dream day, I can help make it happen. And you can rest assured that it’s just as important to me as it is to the beautiful bride. I truly love being able to share in a day that marks the beginning of two lives joining as one and I look forward to working with you to help make all your dreams come true.
